1경력/신입 Clinical Research Associate

임상시험 모니터링

2 Start Up Associate

근무처: PPC 강남 사무실(테헤란로 국기원사거리 위치)

• Coordinate with internal/external team members to collect the essential documents for submission preparation, e.g., protocol, signature pages, etc.
• Confirm the submission requirements and procedures of central and local IRBs and local regulatory authorities (if required).
• Propose submission plan and timeline on project level and maintain the submission progress tracker in an ongoing basis.
• Develop country/site specific ICF according to the core study ICF (if required).
• Compile the application forms, official letters, and relevant required documents for submission.
• Play the role of contact person with local and central IRBs after submission and coordinate the reviewing progress until the approval obtained. Assist the project team on the preparation, distribution, electronic filing, and archiving of clinical trial documentation relevant to the submission dossier.
• Review the local and central IRB initial approval received and ensures the accuracy of content.
• Manage submission timeline and venders, if applicable.
• Collaborate with CRA on Clinical Trial Agreement language coordination between Site Legal Personnel and PM/Sponsor. Incorporate agreed study budget and manage the clinical trial agreements review/execution procedures with investigators/sites.
• Additional Responsibilities for Senior SUA:
• Provide comments or QC control of the package preparation for institutional review boards (IRB) and local regulatory authority submissions and coordinate on obtaining IRB/regulatory approvals for conducting the clinical trial.
• May serve as the project manager/ or Lead SUA assigned by line manager on potential project with submission stand-alone service.
• Take additional responsibilities that may be assigned by line manager.

3 Clinical Trial Assistant

• Arrange department members’ travel, accommodation when required, including assisting CRA in logistics related to project related meetings
• Assist in scheduling department meeting and training workshops.
• Responsible for receiving/sending official letters/mails from/to the regulatory authority and IRBs.
• Assist the project team in preparing, distributing, filing, and archiving clinical trial documentation including clinical trial supplies.
• Provide office telephone cover, answer, and transfer telephones to appropriate members.
• Coordinate administrative resources needed for the department.
• Perform general clerical duties, including but not limit to photocopy, printing, binding, faxing, mailing, and filing.
• Perform the duties assigned by line manager.
