“CAR-T Account Manager” is responsible for establishing the whole CAR-T cell process in country level and ensuring CAR-T readiness and site onboarding in hospital level. S/He will have primary point of contact for CAR-T related hospital stakeholders externally and collaborate with multiple internal functions for CAR-T site-onboarding.

[Responsibilities]
1. CAR-T site certification process development and execution
- SOP localization if required and knowledge management: Scheduling instruction, Tech manual and training (e.g. apheresis or infusion guidance)
- Site training to hospital stakeholders: 3 mandatory compliant trainings (Product-related/SOP-related/Risk management)
- Conduct site outreach and support any necessary agreement for certification
- CARTITUDE-4 & 5 clinical site observation (3-6 centers) and transition to commercialization

2. Cell process establishment & GTM support
- Support commercialization
- Resolve any issues on transitions: e.g. Ancillary and equipment on cell process should be secured and approved for commercialization, conflicts of regulations
- Ensure continuity and contingency of the whole cell process and implement simulation of single case in business environment (from order to infusion, payment and follow-up) if needed

3. Environment shaping for Cell and gene therapy
- Internal cross-functional support regarding CAR-T site on-boarding
- CAR-T specific KOL management
- Awareness increase of CAR-T cell therapy: Medical education for CAR-T, patient materials development, etc.

[Requirements]
- Education: Bachelor or above in related area (e.g. pharmacy, life science)
- Proven ability to manage complex settings that involve multiple stakeholders and problem-solving skills in ambiguous situation
- Learning agility with TA knowledges and business acumen
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written & presentation skills) with superior customer engagement
- Previous experience of project management or process establishment is preferred
- Previous experience of medical or R&D role or account manager or supply chain in oncology related TA or medical devices are preferred
